*** SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED ***
At least 3 years commercial digital business analysis experience is required.
EXCELLENT verbal and written English and Indonesian language skills.
A passion for the web and understanding of the website development process.
Show initiative to make decisions, and confident dealing with customers by phone and in person.
The ability to very clearly manage client expectations, and control project scope.
Commercial acumen & the ability to identify/minimise project risks.
Very highly organised, dedicated to getting the job done, and ensuring satisfaction.
Detailed documentation writing.
Workshop/meeting facilitation skills
*** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ***
Facilitating and organising functional workshops, technical workshops, design briefs, etc.
Clearly documenting functional requirements.
Consultation with management / delivery teams to scope project requirements.
Heavy client interaction in person and by phone (dealing with Western customers by phone, in English regarding project requirements).
Oversee of Quality Assurance to ensure end product meets specifications.
CRITICAL - control of project scope - and identify/deal with "scope creep" professionally and efficiently.
Client liaison during scope/discovery projects, and also "go to" person during site development for functional clarifications, etc.
Documentation: Functional specs, scoping, business rules, process flows, etc.
*** HIGHLY DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES ***
Candidates who have worked or studied in USA, UK, Canada, Singapore or Australia will be highly regarded.
Technical skills to analyse data and troubleshoot incidents relating to complex business functionality will be highly regarded.
Software development or technical background / experience highly regarded.
