CI (Continous Improvement) / IE (Industrial Engineering) Staff


Qualification:
Male/Female
Fresh graduate are wellcome to apply
Have knowledge in Continuous Improvement system and process.
Have knowledge about Industrial Engineering concept in shoe production manufacturing
Hold minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any technical faculty.


General Requirements:
Fluency in English both oral & written.
Computer literature (MS Office, MS Visio & Autocad)
Willing to learn new things, like challanges
Workhorse, Existing Initiatives
Willing to work under Pressure
Dynamic presentation & communication skill.
Strong analytical, good in communication, strong follow up and good leadership


Job Scope :
1. Can do problem solving method QCC with 7 tools
2. Having experience handle improvement projects
3. As trainer and coacher
4. Understand lean Manufacturing system
5. Understand six sigma method
6. Able to make system and procedure
7. Understand Balance Score Card and Key Performance Indicator concept
